Increased business opportunities
Business opportunities keep on increasing as more and more people use the internet to shop from home instead of going out and buying stuff. Through internet shopping, businesses usually also offer a free delivery if you spend over a certain amount of money which will make the customers happy as they don't have to leave the house and also making the company happy as they are make a profit.

By being able to use technology to increase business opportunities, businesses are able to communicate to customers, regarding concerns or products. This means that the company as a whole is more able and efficient. However, the fact that companies rely heavily on technology means that if something goes wrong, then there company will be down for a while.
ReplyDeleteI feel that the example of Amazon should be used here because this is a great example of an efficient business, because they only have 5 depots over the UK and they just deliver everything from those main places. This limits the amount of staff they need and makes everything run much smoother.

ReplyDeleteThank you for commenting, I can see you guys mostly agree with the points that I have made but also I have learnt something from you, If something really goes down in a company that means it may be something more serious meaning longer fixing time, there is so many customers they could shop nearly the whole day meaning the sales will be going down for sure!
